• How are the items shipped?

Shipping Policy:

Creole Lady Creations ships via USPS and UPS

If items are custom ordered it will take between 3-5 business to process order. Ships within 1-3 weeks (depending on your products).

If buying a ready made item it will be processed within 24 hours. Your items will ship within 1-2 business days.

 

• How does the refund policy work?

Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is my top priority!

Refunds are expected.

Refunds will be given to new unused items. 

Refunds and exchanges will be issued after I have received the returned item.
Buyers pay for return shipping fees.

*If an item is damaged during shipping before you received your package, the buyer will receive a full refund plus any return shipping expenses.*

*An image of damaged/ broken item is requested before processing refund  procedures*

Please contact me within 3-5 days of receiving your item from the carrier marked date as delivered.

We sell originals and prints of the Artwork. We also work on a commission basis as need. Please contact us if you are looking for a unique piece of art. Commissioned art is not available for reproduction/prints unless other wise stated in Commission Contract.
